As a divorce coach, David works with individual clients to (i) help them better understand the legal and financial implications of divorce, and (ii) come up with a strategy for getting through a divorce as amicably as possible while ensuring their rights and financial interests are protected. As a divorce coach, David does not represent clients at the courthouse or engage in negotiations with other attorneys.

Coaching is often a good fit for clients who are either (i) considering initiating the divorce process and want to understand what to expect, or (ii) actively engaged in mediation. Coaching is not appropriate for clients who require direct representation and/or aren’t comfortable voicing their interests and concerns directly in mediation.
